  Worst hotel ever checked into. Booked online with expedia (who was great) This was a budget room. Went into the room and found mould all over the shower glass and toilet covered in dead bugs and dirt just to begin with. Looks like it had not be opened let alone cleaned for a month. Went to reception and said we are not going to stay in the room because it is filthy. The response we got was well that's what you get for a 2 star budget room. Bloke at reception was arrogant. Rang Expedia and they called to confirm the info and were happy to refund the money which was great. Please do not book this hotel. Photos are of the main hotel and are nothing prepared to the dog box without the fleas across the road they send you to.

  It is what you pay for what you get I liked the fact that a so called 4 star hotel did not have a phone in the room yet said it has room service. The restaurant was as you would expect when you don't expect much. Please people do not stay here. I should have taken the advice of the lovely lady at the tourist info in Nelson bay
